Regionale: we regret to inform you that the company Trenitalia doesn't allow to make any modification or cancellation to his kind of train.
Economy: for this type of fare the company Trenitalia doesn't allow to make cancellations but allows modifications of date/time up to the departure of the train by paying the difference between the full price (Base) applied to the train used and the sum already paid.
Base: this type of fare allows modifications and cancellations with a partial refund of the 80% of the total amount of the ticket.
ITALO TRENO
Low Cost: for this type of fare the company Italo treno doesn't allow cancellations but allows modifications of date/time up to 3 days before the date of departure of the train with a fee of the 50% of the total amount of the ticket plus the possible difference of price of the new ticket.
Economy: for this type of fare the company Italo Treno allows to make cancellations with a partial refund of the 60% of the total amount of the ticket and allows modifications of date/time up to the departure of the train by paying a fee of the 20% of the total amount of the ticket.
Flex: this type of fare allows modifications and cancellations with a partial refund of the 80% of the total amount of the ticket.
